Free visit of the castle
Essential

The visit is available throughout the year for all audiences, lasting one hour and fifteen minutes.

Tours run between 9:45 AM and 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, extending to 6:00 PM in July and August.

Departures are from the castle reception.

Discover the castle at your own pace. From the lodgings of Philippe Pot to the keep, and including the guesthouse and the interpretation centre, immerse yourself in the history of Châteauneuf Castle, its architecture, decorations, characters, and much more. Explore various periods and buildings, and take a moment to admire this splendid castle and its breathtaking landscapes while enjoying your visit.

Accessibility enhancements undertaken in 2024 have significantly improved access for individuals with reduced mobility throughout many areas.

The ticket office, contemporary orchard, courtyard, guest accommodation, Philippe Pot Tower, exhibition space, and medieval garden are now fully accessible for wheelchair users.

However, the belvedere and flamboyant tower remain inaccessible, and the Philippe Pot accommodation is only partially accessible on the ground floor.
